Once in Microsoft Word go to File and click Open to launch the open document menu. Under the “Look in” dropdown menu select “C$ on ‘Client’ (C:)” which is the “C” drive on your home computer. Then a pop-up window will appear, when it asks “what access do you want to grant?” select “Full Access”.

Once you are in your computer’s “C” drive navigate to the folder that you wish to transfer the file to. Right click the file and select copy.

The open document window in Microsoft Word launched through Citrix.

After clicking copy, navigate to the assignments folder by typing: \\nas01-cit\Assignments\classnamehere\ in the filename field and press enter, then select your folder. Once in your folder right click in the field where your files would be displayed and then click paste.
